We were supposed to tell about our favorite- "something" in Copenahagen:) I defenitly will tell you about "Strøget" which I really liked. I will even show you a few pictures.
Strøget
Strøget is shopping street number 1 inCopenhagen. It`s the longest shopping street in Europe with its 1.1 km. The famous shops like Prada and Chanels etc, is located at the end of the street near the Kings square.
For the not so rich people there is the regular stores like H&M, Zara, body shop etc. who located near the city hall.
Opening hours:
Monday – Thursday: 10:00-18:00 (why close so early?;)
Friday : 10:00- 19:00
Saturday: 10:00- 16:00
Strøget is not just all about shopping, It`s also a populare place for streetmusician.
And if you look around during your shopping you will see beautiful attractions like Helligåndskirken(an old church), VorFrueChurch(the church where crownprinse Frederik and crownprinsess Mary got married). You just have to look around and enjoy your sightsJ
One of the great glories of Copenhagen is its wonderful cafés, many of which are a match for the city's restaurants for the quality of food they serve and their interior design. Some of them are worth a trip for their food and feeling, but others you will just stumble upon as cafés can be found on every corner of the city.
Copenhagen's cafés range from simple sandwich bars to the glamorous cáfes with elegant decor and jet set clientele.
